⚡ Digital Fallout: Defend the Campus

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting Digital Fallout: Capture the Flag, a hands-on cybersecurity competition in collaboration with the Baruch ISACA Cybersecurity Club.
The university network was “under attack,” and participants worked in teams to investigate the breach, uncover hidden clues, and expose the hacker before time ran out.
What We Explored
From beginner-friendly challenges to advanced exploitation, players got to experience a wide range of real-world scenarios, including:
- Metadata decoding
- Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) exploitation
- Log analysis & investigation
- Forensics and OSINT techniques
A Community of Learners
Whether it was your first-ever CTF or you came in as a seasoned competitor, we’re proud of every participant. Events like this are about curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning — key values in cybersecurity.
