Three questions that take about five seconds.

Ask yourself

  • Do I know who sent this?
  • Is it trying to rush or pressure me?
  • Can I check it with a trusted adult first?

Do not reply, send a code, or share a password. Show it to a trusted adult — you will not be in trouble.

Your organization

Fill these in and they appear on the poster straight away — and on everything else you use here. Leave them blank and the poster prints with an empty box to write in.

Your logo stays on your own computer. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

A note for staff

The last line matters as much as the three questions. Young people often wait to report something because they expect to be blamed, and the delay is what causes the harm.

Do not ask a student to open a suspicious link or visit a site to find out more. If something needs looking at, an adult does it.

Notes for whoever prints this

  • Add the name of the person at your school a student can go to.
  • If your school has a safeguarding process, that comes first, before anything on this page.

  • Use it: Classrooms, hallways, computer rooms, and youth programs.
